Don and Cindy Hilker have been ministering together to
children for over 15 years and have been the Children's Pastors at CTC for over 12 years. Their vision is to lead
children to an ever-increasing, ever-expanding heart relationship with God. They do not want children to just know about
God, they want to lead them into authentic relationship with HIM.
The goal of the Children's ministry is not just to fill heads with facts and figures concerning the bible
and christian character, but to also fill their hearts with His character, His ways, and His voice. The purpose being
to teach young people to find the will of God for their lives, and to walk out that will in His presence.
